There are specially trained nurse practitioners that can help survivors of sexual assault by:

  • Collecting evidence
  • Providing free treatment for STIs and other medical issues
  • Providing emergency contraception within 120 hours (5 days).
  • Testing for “date rape drugs” (Ideally within 12 hours).
